Pepperoni Mushroom Pizza (gluten-free)
On a cold rainy night, I can’t think of anything better than staying in and ordering pizza. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve ever had is from Zpizza. They have a build-your-own option where you can add any of their many choices of gluten-free sauces, cheeses, vegetables, and meats. The gluten-free crust of course is $2 or $3 extra, depending on if you order a medium or large.
I ordered the gluten-free pizza with organic tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. The crust was AMAZING - buttery and crispy at the same time. The pepperoni is gluten-free, and as greasy and salty (delicious!) as one would expect. I topped it with some fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper.
I highly recommend Zpizza’s gluten-free pizza!
