Edamame Hummus with Roasted Red Pepper & Toasted Sesame (gluten-free)
One of my awesome co-workers brought in a surprise today to the office, a package of Eat Well Enjoy Life Edamame Hummus with Roasted Red Pepper & Toasted Sesame with some gluten-free tortilla chips. Dare I declare, this gluten-free, cholesterol-free, kosher hummus is one of the tastiest I’ve ever had!
It has a richer, savorier flavor than it’s plain chickpea counterpart. The roasted red peppers and toasted sesame give this gluten-free hummus an extra layer of flavor plus a little bit of texture. Highly recommend!
Now, I’m curious - I did a quick search and found many recipes for edamame hummus but I wonder if any even compare to what I tasted today.
