Chocolate chip Marshmallow Bars (gluten-free)

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose gluten-free or unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum *only use if using gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
3. Add eggs.
4. Beat in vanilla.
5. Add the flour, xanthan gum if using gluten-free four, baking soda and salt.
6. Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
7. Spread evenly into the pan.
8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
