Blackberry Pie
I bought a huge container of blackberries at Costco a few days ago. What to do with them? A pie of course! This delicious pie is incredibly easy, and requires a 9 inch glass baking pan, a rolling pin, and a mixer. It serves 8+, and tastes perfect warm, topped with vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit!

I’ve been wanting to make lemon bars for awhile, so I used yesterday’s rainy/ snowy weather as an excuse to finally make them! I slightly modified this recipe from GroupRecipes. The crust is buttery and delicious, and perfectly complements the lemon filling. Happy eating! Ingredients

Fudgy Brownies
I’ve been craving brownies lately, so I found this super easy recipe on eHow. They turned out chewy, rich and amazing, enjoy!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
